Please ensure that all usernames are entered exactly as they appear in-game, including proper letter casing, as usernames are case-sensitive during the donation process. Additionally, verify that you have sufficient inventory space before completing any purchase.

Incorrect usernames or item losses resulting from inadequate inventory space will not be refunded or replaced.


Purchases:

Please allow up to 30 minutes for purchases to be fully processed. We kindly ask that you remain logged into the server during this time. If your purchase has not arrived after 30 minutes, please contact the server administration team via Discord for assistance.
